I had no idea who she was when I first watched this video! (I mean the blonde hair one.) Until the end of the video, the screen showed her name and I was surprised. She is Lady GaGa! She looks different!

Have you noticed that there’s a lot of computer or laptop sales going on recently? A taxi driver told me about Windows 7 one day when I was asking my sister if she needed any laptops for her children from a university laptop sale on the phone. Windows is now promoting a new operation system. It sounds super faster than the old ones. Check it out:

I want to get it one day later. What do you think?

Who doesn’t call

Why don’t you take a short break to enjoy a little bit of Jazz here?

But I’m a bit confused with the lyrics – Who doesn’t call when I’m not home? Double negation??

Zaid lives in Cairo, Egypt. Every morning after getting dressed, he grabs a quick breakfast which is usually a boiled egg on pita bread and then rides the bus to school. He needs to study three languages – Arabic, English and German. As he is a computer fanatic, he spends a lot of time in the IT lab. Like most teens, he likes chatting online.

Candide is a Secondary Three student in Cameroon, Africa. Unlike Zaid, she walks to school as it is not located far away from her home. She can study both English and French. Like some other African countries, Cameroon was once a French colony. For this reason, people there still speak and study French.

(Please let me know if you have any problem.)
